I absolutely loved living at The Watch. It was a great experience and the views were so amazing. All of the staff is caring and goes out of their way to make it a comfortable place to live. The pool is so nice and we grilled out by the dock constantly. The office staff has amazing community events and were always giving back and doing what they could when residents had issues. I will truly miss living at The Watch!!!!

The Watch is a DREAM to live at. I've been here for a year and I'm so impressed. Of the 8 apartments I've lived in across 4 cities, this community has been my favorite.

Moving from another state is a challenge in and of itself but from the very beginning The Watch made our relocation extremely easy and we have absolutely loved living here! They went out of their way to answer our questions, made the renting experience so easy, was accepting of our fur baby, and had us feeling right at home as soon as we arrived. Any requests we've ever had, have been attended too promptly and with professionalism.

Moved from Nashville to the Charleston area about a year ago and The Watch felt like home from day one. The staff is super friendly and helpful. It’s VERY dog friendly. Community spaces were always kept clean. The best part definitely is the floating dock access to Shem Creek. I have LOVED living here and highly recommend it to anyone looking in the Charleston area!

I've been living here for almost 2 years now! This place is fantastic and I love living here. They have awesome pricing when it comes to boat parking. I've seen other places charging hundreds of dollars for boat parking where as I only have to pay 40 dollars a month. You can't beat that here in Mount Pleasant. The staff is super friendly and I love talking with them whenever I see them out on the property. Their service team is by far the best I have ever seen in an apartment complex.

I've lived at The Watch for 2 years (just renewed for another) and love it for so many reasons! There are multiple amenities (gym, pool, dog parks, car wash station, grills, creek access), and the staff hosts fun resident events throughout the year. Additionally, the office and maintenance staff are some of the sweetest people and always wave or stop to chat when they see you around the complex.
